I usually enjoy Braum's, but this location wasn't quite on top of their game. The grocery area didn't have it's own designated clerk and several people kept coming in for groceries only to have to wait for a clerk to notice them. I stopped by for the bathroom and to grab some food on my road trip to see my mother in Texas. The bathrooms were decent, but for the women, be sure you walk to the back. The men's is the first one you'll come to and I almost walked into it! Once my food came up for order, the kid just said "Order up," into the microphone and nothing else. There were people that ordered before me and a couple behind me, so I went up to ask what order was sitting on the counter. Turned out it was mine. The food wasn't bad... the burger was kinda thrown together and the fry seemed short of a full fry, but still pretty tasty. .

Stopped here for a breakfast burrito. Little did I know the biggest pot hole in Garvin County is located in the Braums driveway. So I got a breakfast burrito AND a flat tire.

There are several service lines, and they sometimes overlap duties...which means they sometimes don't. If you want to buy pre-packaged products Ice Cream, baked Pies, Milk, etc. Then go to the store portion where there is a separate checkout which is usually unmanned, at least until you're ready to check out. If you want a drink/malt/shake /sundae/cone only, then go to the middle line, that moves to the right... If you want a burger, and drink or shake etc, then go to the leftmost line/register, and order there...then go to convenience/condiment station, on way to a table or booth. The SLOWNESS of the process, is its downfall. They serve one (group) at a time, even when they COULD have a central order system and see that 3 separate people want a Cherry Limeade, and make them all at the same time. Same if 5 want cheeseburgers, they could cook them all at once...then they throw in a drive thru window to the mix...OMG it is SLOW!

I has the breakfast sandwich which had a heightened level of excite to the palate due to the slight indulgence on the sausage seasoning. First tarot tot was cold but must have been the first one out frier.

Employees were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Stopped here for a break while driving up I-35. Ordered a sundae but it tasted a little funny...not entirely sure why because I've had it elsewhere with no issues.

Stopped for ice cream and boy did I get one! This place had a small grocery section and also offers breakfast burritos, sandwiches and burgers! Back to the ice cream, it was yummy and absolutely humongous! The portion was very generous and it all tasted fresh.

Good food, especially the crinkle-cut fries. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, though.
